Kelly was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and has been passionate about real estate ever since a very young age. She purchased her first home at age 18 and has continued to observe the real estate and financial market conditions since then.

Not only does Kelly bring her personal interest and experience to JPJ Real Estate & Design, she has a formal education of Facilities and Real Estate Management holding certifications in both fields from Baruch College. Kelly also has a strong background in customer service as she has been working over 15 years as a Pharmacy Manager in an independently owned pharmacy. Her experience in customer service has gained her many useful skills with great attention to details of patient care and business growth. Kelly has a proven track record of positive interactions with customers. Her attention to detail and strength in customer service paired with her background and knowledge of real estate and finance is sure to help her clients obtain their real estate goals.

Mariko was born and raised in Long Island, NY. Prior to delving into the real estate sales industry, Mariko worked in the customer service and hospitality industry for many years. Her experience in customer relations has impacted her ability to understand and value her clients' goals. While maintaining her position in the customer service/hospitality industry, Mariko simultaneously worked in property management for both residential and commercial properties. Her compassionate understanding of people has enabled her to have a strong connection with clients. Mariko's experiences have helped to effectively assist her clients with their real estate goals.

Victoria "Tori" Patti began her career with JPJ Real Estate & Design as an Executive Assistant to the Broker/Owner of the company and has since evolved into a sales agent. Tori had extensive experience in sales and customer service prior to joining JPJ. Having many years of sales and customer relations experience has enabled Tori to understand and respect her clients’ needs as well as communicate well on all levels. She has proven to be a quick study, enabling her to quickly secure sales transactions efficiently appeasing clients. She effectively maintains professional relationships with clients, which provides her an excellent referral base.

Tori is a tremendous asset to the JPJ Team. Tori currently resides in Long Beach. She is a residential sales agent and is available for any questions regarding the Long Island residential market or the design aspect of the company.
